General Conditions

Important Notice – Customer-Caused Damage
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
Customer-caused damage includes, but is not limited to:

Scratches, cracks, or dents

Signs of wear or impact damage

Damage caused by improper use or handling
❌ Customer-damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Policy for Scratched or Damaged Items
If the product has scratches or damage, we do support exchanges, subject to the following conditions:

All return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

The customer must pay 75% of the original product price as an exchange fee

Replacement items will be shipped after we receive the returned item and confirm payment
Standard Exchange (No Customer Damage)

Exchange requests are processed within 1–3 business days

Once we receive the returned item, a replacement will be shipped within 1–2 business days

Defective or Incorrect Items
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us:

We will cover all related shipping costs

We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any issues are found.
